MoSa Spa Cancellation Policy

​

Cancellations, no-shows or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.  A 50% deposit will be taken for appointments of 2+ hours duration.

Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

​

Late arrivals will incur a cancellation fee, if there isn't enough time to complete your service.
